Each Dakota Tea House experience is thoughtfully designed around your guest count, event setting, menu selection, and preferred level of service.
Cream Tea Experience
Children $35 | Adults $42
Approximate guest-service time: 1 hour
10-guest minimum. Includes scones, clotted cream, preserves, and tea. A simple, elegant choice for smaller gatherings and introductory tea experiences.
Classic Afternoon Tea
Children $50 | Adults $65
Approximate guest-service time: 1.5 hours
A fuller traditional tea menu designed for birthdays, family gatherings, and special occasions.
Signature Afternoon Tea
Children $65 | Adults $80
Approximate guest-service time: 2 hours
An elevated menu designed to pair beautifully with upgraded presentation and service.
Celebration Tea Experience
Children $85 | Adults $105
Approximate guest-service time: up to 2.5 hours
Our premium fully serviced tea experience for showers, birthdays, milestones, and styled celebrations. Full Service is included.
Drop-Off Service
Your selected menu is prepared and delivered at the agreed time. Drop-Off does not include on-site table setup, staffed tea service, or post-event cleanup. China or teaware rental may be quoted separately when available.
Full-Service Tea Experience
Includes coordinated delivery, tea-service setup and presentation, hosted service during the contracted guest-service window, and standard post-service cleanup of Dakota Tea House service items. Setup and standard cleanup occur outside the listed guest-service time unless otherwise stated in your proposal.
Booking Details
Mobile events are subject to a $450 minimum booking. A 30% non-refundable booking retainer reserves your date. Extended travel and premium add-ons are quoted separately. A $150 refundable damage/security deposit may apply when Dakota Tea House china, teaware, linens, serving pieces, or decor are used.
